Challenges and achievements

Launched the beta version of a self service tool for partners that used machine learning algorithms to create recommendation strategies for their marketplace.

Collaborated in a few projects of the Customer Engagement vertical, focused on self service tools for Customer Service and Partner Support agents to automatize their work activities.

Member of the Design System Guild, volunteering with other designers on weekly critique sessions to keep a consistency experience among all tools and became the gate keeper of the collaboration workflow, built with engineering and design team.
